Desktop Video 12.4 Beta 1 Update

This software update installs the Desktop Video 12.4 public beta which adds support for NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier and Clara AGX developer kits to DeckLink Quad 2, DeckLink Duo 2, DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder, DeckLink 8K Pro, DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K and DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K.
